As a small business, I greatly appreciate it if payments can be made via cash or e-transfer, as these methods help keep costs lower and avoid processing fees.
Please note:
If your house does not have good cell coverage I may need to connect to Wi-Fi to process card payments, so please have that easily available and there may be a brief wait.
If paying by cash, please have the exact amount as I do not carry change.

Policy of de-matting

My policy will always reflect humanity over vanity. The de-matting process is painful and uncomfortable for your dog. A fine toothed comb, brushed to the skin is needed for blades to go through the fur. Matted coats will incur a minimum $30+ fee added to their grooming total, due to the extra dulling and wear of the blades. Side effects of releasing mats can include but not limited to irritation, nicks, hematomas, seizures ect.

Please insure your dog has had a minimum 10 minute walk before it's groom to insure ample time to go to the bathroom for their comfort. This also helps your dog relax and get out some of their energy.

Please bare with me as I work out the booking app. Multiple dogs in the same weight group getting the same service, you may need to text me to book it in for you.
